GUITAR

LESSONS

On my journey through music and understanding the guitar, I found that I excelled the most with an instructor that listened to my goals, understood my skills, and was clearly able to give me techniques, lesson plans, and motivation to make steps towards my goals.

With all the online resources out there, I thought I could do it on my own.  The information was detailed, I could go back and slow things down or play them over and over.  It was great, and there was still something missing.  There were questions I had as I was going through the lesson plans that I really wanted to understand.  I needed someone to take time and walk through things with me and adjust what I was learning to meet my style.

As I continued to be active in many online forums and Facebook Groups, I found many of the questions, the confusion, the additional understanding was consistent.  I wasn't alone.

So I started my journey in creating a system of learning the guitar that could be customized for the student, regardless of level, style of music they loved, and skill level.  I also began to understand that although there are basics the everyone should have an understanding of, there was also a need to customize these lessons to make it interesting, and fun.

I've create a curriculum to help get you to the next level, to get you to a place where you can listen to yourself and to others and realize and interpret what you hear and make it your own.

If you have a passion to learn guitar, play music, and feel like there's still something else out there for you, I want to work with you to figure out how you will get there.  I've learned from some of the best musicians in the world, and I want to share that knowledge with YOU!

I offer 1 hour online lessons, using a free online realtime video software - Zoom .  It's free, easy to install and use.  All you need is a computer with a integrated camera and microphone or USB camera (which typically has a built-in microphone).

I'm looking forward to meeting you, working with you and getting you to where you want to be with your playing.
